This is all about my Why. Why I started learning photography, why I work many late nights and weekends, why I do pretty much everything I do! My whole reason for being. My family. I know my Bio page here explains a bit about my family life and why I started photography in the first place. I was obsessed with capturing every milestone with my son, however, the portrait studios just weren't living up to my expectations. I decided I wanted to do better and provide better photographs and services to others out there in the same boat. Typically once a year I drag my family out in hopes of capturing a family portrait. This year was no different. This was Sawyer's first formal "family portrait session" (the first one many. I cannot wait to have these printed large and hanging on my walls. I hope to provide you with the same feeling I get every time I see these images of my boys hanging nearing life size (or larger) in my home. I wouldn't get the warm fuzzy feeling walking past a cd in a drawer...no, the large print really brings it to life.
